About Our Cemetery:
Established in 1957, Alleghany Memorial Park in Covington, Virginia is conveniently located off I-64, at the Alleghany Regional Hospital exit, less than a half mile from the YMCA. Surrounded by the Alleghany Mountains, with the Jackson River flowing adjacent, the multi-level grounds consist of seven gardens with beautiful statues and large oak and pine trees.
Alleghany Memorial Park offers traditional in-ground burials, cremation burials, two mausoleums, and a separate cremation garden.
