“I recently moved my father's cremation urn from one state to another in a Memorial Planning cemetery. Our Family Service Counselor was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process of executing my father's inurnment service in their chapel and the placement of my father's urn in his permanent resting place inside a glass niche. He was compassionate, kind and patient. They allowed us whatever amount of time we needed for the service and for placing the urn in the glass niche. It was a beautiful and special time for my family. I feel great peace knowing the folks here take great care of the property.”

“In 2017, my wife and I purchased a niche for our double urn… We had some issues and thought that we had worked them out. Late last year, we discovered that we still had a problem and got the Memorial Planning team and the Maintenance Crew involved to rectify the situation. Without going into details, the three came up with a solution so that our double urn would fit above my in-laws’ niche. We are very thankful that they were able to keep my wife’s wishes to be by her parents.”

“I would like to thank our Family Service Counselor and everyone at our cemetery for the exceptional service that they provided for my Mother and Father's funeral services. She went above and beyond to ensure that my parents' urns had the appropriate vaults. She also organized a military funeral ritual through a local VFW when our scheduled VFW team came down with illness. All of this happened within 24 hours of the service, which went off without a hitch. Thank you very much for everything that you did to make sure that we had an excellent service for my parents!”

“I can’t thank my Family Service Counselor enough for her help in burying my Mom’s ashes. My Mom passed away a year ago. When I contacted our Family Service Counselor, she was very supportive of my needs. I told her my husband and I wouldn’t be up to bury her ashes for a while, we live in Florida. She told me to contact her when I was coming north. I did meet with her and scheduled the burial. She accompanied us to the site on the day of the burial, which was set up very nice. The whole process was very respectful largely due to our Family Service Counselor’s attention to detail. My husband and I really appreciated all of her efforts. Also, the maintenance personnel were very respectful and kind.”
