“I can’t thank my Family Service Counselor enough for her help in burying my Mom’s ashes. My Mom passed away a year ago. When I contacted our Family Service Counselor, she was very supportive of my needs. I told her my husband and I wouldn’t be up to bury her ashes for a while, we live in Florida. She told me to contact her when I was coming north. I did meet with her and scheduled the burial. She accompanied us to the site on the day of the burial, which was set up very nice. The whole process was very respectful largely due to our Family Service Counselor’s attention to detail. My husband and I really appreciated all of her efforts.
