To enter the secure MemorialPlanning.com Payment Portal, simply log in at MemorialPlanning.com/MyAccount. On your first log-in, you will be able to create and register your new account for continuing future use. Once entering the portal, you will be able to select various actions on the home page.
When choosing the Payments option, you will be able to pick from secure payment forms including ACH direct payments or major credit cards. Additionally, if you opt for recurring payments, the system will default to the payment frequency outlined in your contract. Or can choose another scheduled payment frequency that aligns with your agreed-upon payment schedule.

What You'll Need to Get Started
To create your account, you will need a few things, including:
- Your current account number
- Your billing zip code
- Your billing phone number
Not sure where to get your current account number? That can be found in the top right corner of your current billing statements.
Select Your Payment Methods
Once your account is set up, you will be able to select from a variety of payment options. You can make a payment through ACH or any major credit or debit card. You will also be able to set up autopay.
One unique feature we are excited to offer is the ability to allow for a guest to make a payment on your account. This will be extremely helpful for balances that are being shared among family members and eliminates the need to transfer money between accounts to a single, primary payer.
